Discussing policies with a live person may help you see how considerate they are in handling some concerns that might arise in the future. Give additional credit to companies that are willing to meet halfway to deliver your needs.

Pay attention to the amount of time they provide in delivering, setting up and dismantling the whole equipment. Note how much it cost to obtain a good service.
